Intersum has an executive team with many years of experience in
both the Oil and Gas and IT industries. This team has the
industry knowledge, contacts and experience required to drive
success in the company.
| Bill Henderson, Chairman |

Bill graduated in Geology from Cambridge
University. Over the past 37 years, Bill has gained a
broad experience as geologist, IT consultant, project
facilitator, investor and company director. He was a
Principal Scientific Officer in the British Geological
Survey in Edinburgh and an international IT consultant
and project manager with BP in Glasgow and Aberdeen.
Bill's project facilitation business specialised for
many years in helping drilling and sub-surface teams in
the oil industry. Bill is an investor in several
developing companies in Scotland and was formerly
Deputy Chairman of Aurora Private Equity - Aberdeen's
principal business angel group. He now is Managing
Director of Equityworks (see below) and Chairman of
Intersum.
Apart from work, Bill enjoys life in the
Aberdeenshire countryside with family and friends and,
knees permitting, is a keen but slow hill runner, and
maintains an interest in geological research in
Scotland.

John is one of the founders of Intersum bringing
over 10 years of experience gained within the telecoms
and IT industry. John has worked within multi-national
corporations such as ConocoPhillips, BT, GE and UK
Atomic Energy Authority.
In his role as Managing Director John takes
responsibility for the commercial and sales activities
at Intersum. John attended Aberdeen University and
gained diplomas in Gaelic and Celtic studies.In his
spare time he enjoys outdoor pursuits in the West Coast
of Scotland.

| Hamish Milne, Finance Director

A maths and science graduate of Aberdeen University,
Hamish is an experienced CEO and CFO. Hamish held a
number of key roles and responsibilities as a founder
director of one of Scotland's largest private property
development groups while also contributing to external
public sector and charitable bodies.
An active member of the wider business community,
including Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce
(where he served as President), Hamish was a founder
member and director of local business angel syndicate
Aurora Private Equity. Hamish is Commercial Director of
Equityworks (see below), interim Finance Director of
Intersum Limited and is also a director of, and
investor in, a number of developing companies in
Scotland.
Apart from work, and as well as enjoying family
activities, Hamish has interests in golf, tennis,
theatre and travel.

Equityworks Limited
In 2008, Hamish Milne, Bill Henderson and Mike
Fleming set up Equityworks with aim of helping new
businesses with high growth potential. Equityworks
provides experienced business and investment advice,
hands-on participation, and mentoring coupled, where
necessary, with seed capital - all in exchange for a
modest equity stake. Start-up funding for Equityworks
was achieved from private sources in the North-East of
Scotland. Equityworks has three high-growth clients at
present, one of which is Intersum.
