History

Intersum Ltd Corporate IT Solutions was established in 2004 to provide quality information technology services primarily to the UK Oil & Gas sector. We are based in the City of Aberdeen and work with multinational organisations with operations spanning the globe, providing an unrivalled service and enjoying an excellent reputation within the industry.

In 2007 Carbon Control Software was spun out to provide industry leading power saving software for PC networks.

In 2008 Intersum re-signed a seven figure, 18 month contract from Venture Production plc the Aberdeen headquartered UK independent oil and gas production company.

In 2008 Equityworks invested in Intersum Ltd and have provided significant expertise to shape the future direction of the business.

In 2010, £290,000 was raised from Aurora Private Equity, Scottish Enterprise and employees for Carbon Control Software to accelerate its sales & marketing and development effort under a new Board.
